What’s included in the free trial?
You get full access to the plan you choose — Optimize or Operate — for 14 days, with no card needed until the trial ends. Trialing Optimize does not include the Operate features; pick the plan you want to evaluate.
What happens after my trial ends?
When your trial ends, you choose whether to subscribe. If you don’t, your account drops to the Free tier — an open-ended high-level view across cost, compliance, reliability and monitoring, ready to upgrade whenever you like. There are no automatic charges, and you can disconnect your cloud accounts at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, on any plan. Canceling stops the subscription renewing; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and we do not refund that period. Monthly and annual work the same way — the only difference is how long the period is.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual?
The features are the same either way. Annual billing is roughly 20% less: Optimize is $79/month ($948/year) and Operate is $199/month ($2,388/year), charged up front for the year. Both are charged in advance for the period you pick and both cancel the same way — at the end of the period you have paid for. Annual simply buys twelve months at once, so the discount is bigger and the period is longer. You can move from monthly to annual at any time from the billing portal, taking effect at the start of your next billing period.
What’s the difference between Optimize and Operate?
Optimize gives you full visibility and optimization across cost, compliance, reliability and monitoring. Operate adds the layer for running it as a practice: a setup wizard that stands the practice up, automated monthly reviews, team cost statements with owner follow-up, shared cost targets, and a contract and renewal registry.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there is no setup fee. Guided setup is included, and you connect your AWS or Azure account in minutes.
What access does Emnode need?
